Happy Fish athletes win top medals at the All Community Games

Swimming Athletes from Happy Fish Swimming Club were top winners at the events at the 14th All Community Games, taking home 21 Gold medals:

Eric Zhang won Gold medals in the events of 11-12 Boys 50m Freestyle, 50m backstroke, 100m Freestyle and 100m Breaststroke;

Ritchie Xu won Gold medals in the events of 15 and Under Boys 50m Freestyle, 50m Butterfly and 100m IM;

Karina Zhong won Gold medals in events of 9-10 Girls 50m Freestyle, 25m Butterfly and 50m Butterfly;

Grace She won Gold medals in events of 9-10 Girls 50m Breaststroke and 25m Breaststroke;

David Xu won Gold medals in events of 13-14 Boys 50m Breaststroke and 100m Breaststroke;

Anson He won Gold medals in events of 13-14 Boys 100m Backstroke and 50m Backstroke;

Chloe Feng won a Gold medal in the event of 8 and Under Girls 25m Breaststroke;

Crystal Yin won a Gold medal in the event of 8 and Under Girls 25mBackstroke;

Jason Liu won a Gold medal in the event of 9-10 Boys 50m Butterfly;

Team Happy Fish also won Gold in 10 and Under 100m Freestyle Relay and other Silver and Bronze medals.

Mr. Yinwen Ye, the head coach of the club, commented after the events: “All Community Games are important competition events for young swimmers, the participation is amazing. I am very pleased with the performance of our athletes. Our club has been the club with most gold medals for a number of years now. This is because our athletes are training hard; our parents’ great commitments and our training philosophy, strategies and methodologies. The facts speak. Now with the accomplishment we will look forward and start training even harder.”
